Outline consent for 100 residential units granted on this former colliery 16-acre site.
A complex ground remediation and stabilisation solution designed to unlock site.
7 acres sold to Pobl Living.
Remaining 9 acres will pass to Swansea County Council as managed woodland for the local community of Gowerton.

Ashgrove Gardens, St Florence, Pembrokeshire

Ashgrove Farmhouse, the adjoining cottage and 1.5 acres of land purchased for development.
Consent obtained for total refurbishment of the farmhouse, construction of 11 detached units and 2 apartments on the adjacent land
Demolition of disused farm buildings, site clearance, relocation of bat house and the refurbishment of existing buildings completed

Fairwood Terrace, Gowerton, Swansea

Site and adjoining land included as part of a strategic development site in the Swansea LDP.
Planning application for circa 200 units and a Park & Ride facility to be submitted in 2019.

Pontcanna House, Pontcanna, Cardiff

Acquisition of former Electricity Industry Social Club and 1.6 acres.
Consent obtained for the development of 18 houses.
Land sold to Waterstone Homes Ltd, Bridgend.

Former Emmanuel School, Derwen Fawr Rd, Swansea

Acquisition of 3 ½ acres off Mumbles Road in Swansea from The Bible College of Wales in 2007.
Consent obtained for a total of 53 houses and apartments.
Land sold to Taylor Wimpey Homes

St Michaels Court, Pentwyn, Cardiff

Acquisition of 8 acres, formerly a distribution depot for Marks and Spencers.
Consent obtained for 170 residential units
Land sold to Persimmon Homes

A change in legislation effecting nearby land created an opportunity for planning consent to be obtained on two parcels of land for 5 and 6 houses respectively.
Land purchased by Waterstone Homes Ltd.

The Knoll, Abegavenny

USL facilitated a sale of 1.4 acres of land on the outskirts of Abrergavenny.
Site identified as a good residential development opportunity, but with a number of planning issues.
By selecting the appropriate developer and product for the site, a consent was obtained.
Site purchased by Blue Cedar Homes Ltd of Bristol

Maindy Road, Cardiff

8 acres of brownfield land adjoining Cardiff City Centre and Cardiff University originally owned by Pullman, the railway coach building company

Initially considered for residential development, but ultimately a sale of the land facilitated to Cardiff University for their own use.
Pullman relocated elsewhere
