The Directors and their Objectives for the company
Tim and Jamie Holder are owners and directors of the company and run its projects on a day to day basis.
Tim spent forty years as an Architect advising some of the UK’s largest Pension Funds, Investors and Property Developers on creating design solutions which generated the greatest value for their property assets.
Following his retirement from Practice he was joined by his son Jamie in 2005 to establish Urban Style Land Ltd.
Two generations of contacts and ideas now merge well in identifying suitable land or building purchases, obtaining favourable consents and achieving the greatest potential for both retained investments or disposals to the market.
