Urban Style Land and its predecessor companies work at three different levels.

Land Assembly / Acquisition

The securing of land, usually off market, by acquisition or establishment of option agreements allows the company to achieve the most appropriate and optimum planning consents for known purchasers seeking land in the locations concerned. The skills involved are the combination of identifying prime site locations, achieving highest value solutions and consents and then the onward sale to the most appropriate buyer at any one time.

Development

In the commercial retail sector, Urban Style Land look to acquire sites appropriately positioned to meet the needs of specific clients – once planning permission has been obtained and construction or refurbishment completed, the development is let and sold on to a private or institutional investor.

Residential development is also undertaken. Urban Style Land are currently seeking small sites in prime residential locations for the development of a small number of bespoke, exclusive, high end properties.

Facilitating Land Development

The facilitating and introduction of schemes to be undertaken by others through the identification of sites or buildings ideally suited to their needs. The undertaking of appropriate investigations and processing through the planning stage provides unique off market solutions for our clients
